All payments made to Aspire Digital Solutions FZ-LLC for services provided through Aspire Links are non‑refundable. Once a payment has been processed, we do not offer refunds for any reason, including but not limited to change of mind, unused services, or dissatisfaction unrelated to agreed‑upon deliverables.
However, we stand by the quality of our work. If a placement, deliverable, or service outcome does not meet the metrics, specifications, or quality standards previously agreed upon in writing, we will work diligently to correct the issue at no additional cost to you. Our goal is to make it right quickly and to your satisfaction within the scope of the original agreement.
If you believe a deliverable does not meet the agreed standards, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the deliverable, providing detailed information and supporting evidence so that we can promptly investigate and resolve the matter.
6. Third-Party Services and Links
Our Site may contain links to third-party websites or services (e.g., Google Analytics, Mailchimp, Facebook Ads). We are not responsible for their content or practices. Please review their terms and policies.
7. Facebook Fan Page
We operate a Facebook Fan Page at Aspire Digital Solutions. Interactions on Facebook are governed by Facebook’s own terms and policies. We act as a joint controller with Facebook for insights data as required by applicable law.
